Paris, J. Rueff, n.d.; ca. 1910?.. Small oblong 8º (9 x 14.5 cm.), original full color illustrated boards (front board with some soiling and fading, extremities worn, spine mostly gone). Folded and uncut leaves, printed on one side only. Line drawings with one color per page (green, yellow, orange, pink, etc.). A few leaves browned. Overall in good condition. [24] pages, the first and last pasted to the boards as issued, butterfly bound. *** Tale of a fisherman, fish, and frog. Between the two world wars, Benjamin Rabier (1864-1939) was noted as an illustrator, particularly of books with animals as characters.
