The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. The last page shows some very light soiling and there is a name and address written on the "this book belongs to." The pages are otherwise clean with no tears. The copyright page shows 1954 as the published date. The covers are clean with some light edgewear. This old book looks and feels great! We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box!
