Two descendants of Cornet Joseph Parsons offer different accounts of the house's origin. "Because it has proved almost impossible to trace the original deeds and hence to prove or disprove either version, Northampton Historical Society herewith presents both accounts in their entirety, leaving it to the reader to decide." Includes b&w photo illustrations. Wrappers have moderate exterior wear, else Near Fine condition, clean and unmarked.. Very Good.
