With six vellum and two parchment samples tipped-in. Beautifully printed within a border of blue lines and with opening initials of blue, highlighted with silver. A fine copy bound in vellum with gilt-rule decoration. Hint of wear to original slipcase of blue boards with spine label. A rare sample book with a marvelous essay on the history and uses of vellum.
