A detailed sociological study on the Waropen Regency in the Papua Province, Indonesia. This study contains commentary on the social organisation of the people, with reference to marriage, the ritual of life, the ritual of death, trading, material culture, the sacred, and mythology. Written by Professor Dr. G. J. Held. In the original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and minor bumping to the extremities. Minor fading to the spine and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd pencil annotation. Light age toning to the endpapers. Previous owner's stamp to the front endpaper. Very Good Indeed
