Most decorated papers ornamented as a batch are more or less identical in terms of pattern and color. Katalog zawiera blisko 800 przykładów ręcznie dekorowanych papierów, głównie wykonanych przez krakowskiego introligatora Stefana Szczerbińskiego (1892-1972). Znajdują się w nim również prace innych znanych artystów-introligatorów z Krakowa oraz papierów stworzonych przez szwajcarskiego introligatora Emila Kretza (1896-1960). Większość ozdobionych papierów wykonana została w partiach, które są mniej lub bardziej identyczne pod względem wzoru i koloru. Ilustracje zawarte w tej publikacji obejmują tylko część zbiorów, które są reprezentatywne dla poszczególnych technik ozdabiania.
