New York: Doubleday / Dolphin, 1986. First Edition/First Printing . Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Inscribed by co-author Jim Jerome. Book is not bad but the rear bottom tip is rubbed through. The jacket has light chipping at spine ends and a one inch closed tear to rear panel. A used but still tight copy.
