About This Item
Portland, Oregon: Binford & Mort Publishing, 1993. Fourth Edition . Soft cover. Fine. 302 pages, including an index and a shipwreck chart identifying the location of 234 shipwrecks over the years. Additionally, contents include thirteen chapters and a section on weather and tide conditions and quite a bit of black & white illustration. No underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no owner names, not ex-libris, no remainder marks, no folded or dogeared pages, no foxing, no smudges. Faint wear at the head and tail of the spine. There is no creasing on the spine. In this work one finds the lore and nautical data of these bar waters from Indian times to the great protecting jetties that today jut many miles into the open sea. A very nice copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed!
