New York: Grove Weidenfeld, 1991. Reprint. Paperback. Near Fine. 8vo. Pp. 176. Bound in stiff, illustrated printed wraps. A printed decal, stating that Johnson won the National Book Award, 1990, is affixed above the title on the front cover. Inscribed by Johnson on the half-title page. The inscription, to noted Seattle civic leader Walt Crowley, reads, "For Walt Crowley with my thanks and dearest admiration. Charles Johnson 10/28/95". Book is now wrapped in a clear, removable, archival jacket.
