St. Louis: The National Company, 1894. Hardcover. First Edition. 10.75 x 12.25in. vi. 320pp. With over 500 photographic images in reproduction. Publisher's blind-stamped and gilt decorated cloth boards. VERY GOOD. Shows shelf rubbing of the corners with slight showing, a small scuff of the cloth of the back board, front gilt lightly faded, front hinge has been neatly repaired, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text and images are clean and completely unmarked, and the boards remain distinct. An exceptionally maintained example. As pictured.
