About This Item

London: London: Rivington et al, 1776. Full leather. Very Good. Collection of separately paginated dramatic works issued as Vol. 2 of "The New English Theatre", each play with its own title page and frontispiece; 12mo, in contemporary eighteenth century full calf (a little worn, boards detached). Very occasional light spots and stains but overall a very good copy.

About Lyppard Books

Lyppard Books was established in Worcester, UK, in 2012, adopting the unusual name from Lyppard Grange, once a farm attached to the monastery of Worcester's ancient cathedral. We maintain a small and select stock of English and Continental antiquarian titles from the dawn of western printing to the 19th century, and aim to offer original, early examples of scarce and sought-after texts.
