Bay View Books Ltd, 1993-09-30. hardcover. Very Good/Good Plus. 10x1x12. 120pp. (black spine) 4to. large sized. 1993. First edition. A very good, clean, tight copy in good plus jacket. Original publisher's black boards - gilt embossed to the spine. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions in colour. A 3mm circular black ink stain mark to the front endpaper. A bump to the upper front board edge. Light or slight bumps to the lower board corners. The jacket has not been price-clipped; it has shelf wear and a 6cm tear to the head of the front panel, which has been repaired with sellotape. There is an expertly repaired short tear of 1.5cm to the head of the rear panel of the jacket. A very good, clean, tight copy in good plus jacket.
