About This Item
Kyoto, Japan: Genichido Press, 1961. Book. Near Fine. Wraps. First Edition. 1 of 300 copies. Contains many poems by Zukovsky as well as lengthy correspondences between Zukovsky and Cid Corman. Also contains poetry and writing by Theodore Einslin. Pale olive-green card covers, measuring 6"X8.5", 64pp. Covers sunned and darkened at spine, possibly "as usual" due to the high acid-level in the paper used. Pages 10 and 11 are considerably yellowed, as a sheet of newspaper was inserted between them for a number of years. Otherwise, a very nice copy. The inside of the back cover reads: "Origin" is not for sale; it can be had for love, as it happens, not for money." Regrettably, those days are over and so this scarce periodical is priced accordingly..
