New York: NU-WRO (National Unemployed and Welfare Rights Organization), 1973. Newspaper. 8p., folded tabloid, toned, illus., some chips and dogears, three names written in pen at bottom of page 7, else good condition. First issue of the newspaper published by Larouchite NCLC front National Unemployed and Welfare Rights Organization (NU-WRO) (not to be confused with the rival NWRO). Issue has article by L. Marcus (Larouche) on "Nixon's Plan to Recycle Human Beings," and announcement of pending convention to organize NU-WRO. Also included is a chipped 4-page "Pre-Convention Supplement" which reprints the NU-WRO Statement of Purpose, Constitution, and Bill of Rights of the Unemployed.
