"Lafayette Ronald Hubbard (1911-1986) was an American author, philosopher, and founder of the Church of Scientology. He was born in Nebraska and later lived in various places in the United States and abroad. Hubbard is best known for his work as the founder of Scientology, a religious movement that emphasizes the pursuit of spiritual enlightenment and personal improvement through a set of beliefs and practices. He developed the doctrines of Scientology in the 1950s and 1960s and wrote numerous books on the subject, including "Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health." In addition to his work as a religious leader, Hubbard was also a prolific author and wrote extensively in various genres, including science fiction, fantasy, and adventure. He published over 1000 works in his lifetime, including the popular "Mission Earth" series and the "Battlefield Earth" novel. Hubbard's life and work have been the subject of much controversy and criticism, particularly in relation to the Church of Scientology. Some have accused him of fraud, abuse, and manipulation, while others have praised his contributions to the fields of literature and spirituality. // Dianetics. Scientologie. Dianétique. Dianetics.
