Green cloth hardcover with gilt title on the front cover and spine. Ex-institutional copy with removed spine label. A label located on the front paste down is from "Library of the Supreme Council, 33 A A S R Southern Jurisdiction, U.S.A. Washington D. C. Class No. 920." Two small stamps on the right front flyleaf. Cloth appears to have treated with or shellacked. Small indentation to the left front board edge. Contents very clean.
