New York: Hastings House, 1982. First Edition. First printing Fine in dark green cloth covered boards with gilt text stamping on the spine and front board. A small quarto measuring 9 3/4" by 7 1/2". In a fine dust jacket with the price intact on the front flap. 64 pages of text with black and white illustrations throughout. This is Eric Sloane's second to last book and oddly enough one of the most difficult titles by him to locate. Produced in two binding states with two dust jackets, one in green and the other in yellow. No priority can be found for either state. This is the yellow jacketed variant.
