New York: Bonanza Books, 1957. Hardcover. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Illustrated with photographs by Harry Bagby and Others. New York, The flaps of the jacket have sticky tape stains, and there is the remnant of a library pocket on the front paste down and damage to the title page whre the library stamp has been rubbed out. Overall a very good copy.
