New York: Duffield & Company; London: Chatto & Windus, 1908 - 1909 Nine variously paginated octavo volumes only (of thirteen), one of 1000 sets of which 500 "are reserved for America" Publisher's gray cloth backed in vellum, lettered in red & black on the spines Top edges gilt, the others uncut.
Bindings soiled & lightly spotted, vellum browned, text tanned & occasionally foxed, previous owner's name at ffep in one volume, good or so & still quite serviceable.
Inexplicably, one volume does not include the limitation statement.
