About This Item
New York: McLoughlin Bros., 1891. Paperback. Fair. 4to. Unpaginated. 8 leaves. Illustrated with six full page colour illustrations, none are signed by artist. The illustrations are exactly the same as my other, but earlier Old Dame Trot and Her Comical Cat (Pleasewell Series. Linen which is dated 1890.) Except the cover has a new illustration. Bound in card wrappers. There is some rubbing, creasing and wear to cover with loss to the paper surface; inside the paper is quite acidic and discoloured an overall brown; the whole book has suffered from damp as the pages are slightly wrinkled, a reasonable/ fair copy only. Scarce. Size 10.5 x 9 inches
