New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1879. First Edition. Cloth. Good/good. 5 x 7 inches (13 x 18 cm), green embossed cloth, with gilt lettering on front and spine, front has embossed picture of a tree with Spanish moss drapping from its limbs. A picture of a pelican in the corner. Wear to extremities. The cover is a little cocked, small ink splotch on top of pages. Front and rear hinge are a little loose. Front flyleaf has writing, (1) previous owners name and city, (2) a gift inscription dated 1904. First Edition without ads in the back. 229 pp.
