Includes one page each of the music for 'Roberta' (inside cover) and 'Why Do I Love You?' (rear cover). Tall quarto, 8 pages including covers, as numbered. About Very Good; long slit at spine, faint music shop rubber stamp at cover, abrasion at top of rear cover, and some soil to the white field of the covers. See scans. Otherwise, without flaw.
