OL' ADAM AND HIS CHILLUN: by Roark Bradford was the basis of the play Green Pastures,this is a June-1929 printing(code F-D) with its dustjacket(dj has rubbing to front taking out the M of Adam and N of Chillun,light soiling and price clipped,one more chip on the spine area takes out the N again,K in Roark and the RD of Bradford,a coupe more small tears,and minor chipping along the edges. Book has minor edgewear,previous owners name on the 1st leaf,very thigh and square,not ex-lib as so many others listed. Hard to find the DJ in any condition.
