New York: George P. Putnam, 1850. Hardcover. First Edition. 4.5 x 7.5in. 91pp. + engraved portrait frontispiece. Publisher's blind-stamped cloth boards with gilt titling. GOOD. Shows shelf rubbing along the edges, spine rubbed with some split and lift of the cloth, faint former owner name of the period on the half-title, bouts of foxing and toning throughout, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is unmarked, and the boards remain relatively distinct. As pictured.
