"That the secretary of state be authorized to employ a stenographer to report the official proceedings to take place at the dedication of the statue of Daniel Webster, on the 17th instant, and to procure the publication of three thousand copies of said report." -- Attest: A. B. Thompson, Secretary of State.

Gold Gilt image on front cover. Leather is in poor condition. Interior is in good condion excepting front leaves are loose. There is a price sticker affixed on first leaf.
