Paris: P.-V. Stock, 1911. Paperback. Three volumes, titled Tome 1er: Premiére Partie (1849-1851), Tome II: Deuxième Partie (1853-1854), and Tome III: Troisième et Dernière Partie (1854-1855) respectively. xxxix + 448, xxvi + 432, and xxxi + 442p. respectively, wraps, 4.5x7.25 inches, frontispiece portrait of Coeurderoy in Tome 1er, wraps worn, some leaves unopened, pages lightly toned, rear wrap of Tome II beginning to come loose, Tome III with offsetting to half-title from cover ink else generally very good condition. Text in French. The anarchist and physician was a participant in the 1848 revolution. He was exiled from France after his involvement with a failed insurrection on June 13, 1849 and died in 1862. Originally published in London in 1854.
