London: Cape, (1966). First edition.. Black boards, spine and front cover lettered in silver. Gray patterned end papers. Lower corners are bumped, a nice clean copy in an attractive dust jacket, the price corner clipped, but otherwise undamaged. This is the less common of the five known bindings, black boards. Gilbert A14a(1.2).
