FIRST EDITION 1784. 4to, approximately 260 x 195 mm, 10 x 7½ inches, woodcut vignette to title page, large floral headpiece to first page, pages: [2], 1-34, rebound in quarter calf with gilt lettered label and gilt decoration to spine over paper boards, vellum tips to corners, new endpapers, edges stained red. Pale age-browning throughout, last page has brown stained corners (see attached image), occasional small brown spot. Very good copy with attractive spine.
