Manchester, Chetham Society, 1845-1850, four volumes, small 4to, folding frontis. to vol 2 part 2. Original cloth. Volume 2, part 1 has an old damp stain to the bottom edge of the front cover and endppaper, volume 2, part 2 has slightly more noticeable staining to front and back covers and adjacent endpapers. The bindings of all vols are otherwise good and very sound, and the contents are almost entirely unaffected. The first two volumes carry the bookplate of the Duke of Westminster at Eaton Hall.
