About This Item
Cummington, MA: The Cummington Press, 1942. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good +. One of 80 signed copies on Worthy Hand & Arrow paper [from a total edition of 273], with a scarce Cummington Press promotional flyer laid in. This copy has an interesting provenance -- signed on the front blank by Elizabeth Denison Kray (1943), with a bookplate from Poets House Library stating this copy is from the Kray Collection. Kray was something of patron saint of modern poetry and a founder of Poets House. Spine and edges with light browning, else near fine.
