Translated from Revue Maritime, January, 1873, featuring Lehnert's essay on torpedo vessels in Naval engagements; also an essay on the Italians on the Harvey System; and, A Description of the Luppis-Whitehead Submarine Projectile, or Fish Torpedo. Top corner bumped, and light dust soiling to wraps, else Very Good.
