New York and London : G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1904. Book. Illus. by 16 full page photo plates, surprisingly nice for this early date. Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Blue spine that is faded and light blue boards printed in gilt , horse and buggy on the front and mill house on the back. Slight edge wear. Clean and tight inside. A few numbers on the dedication page, so this might have been in a library. Quite scarce in the original first edition. .
