About This Item
Durham: North Carolinians Against Racist and Religious Violence, 1989. Two issues of the newsletter of the Durham, NC-based watchdog group. Each issue reports on racist activity around NC and the counter-demonstrations to oppose it. The Christian Knights are profiled in the Fall 1987 issue and white nationalist Harold Covington in the Spring 1989 issue. A great source for documenting far right activity in NC during the 1980s.
Each issue is one sheet folded, 8 panels, photographs. Both issues with Wilcox Collection stamps to the top corner of the front cover, else Fine.
