About This Item

C. Struik, 1975. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Poor. 128 pages (complete). A placid copy. The frontispage has a notation indicating previous ownership by the Cape Town architect, Mike Wolters. The dustjacket is much worn, torn, scuffed, marked, rubbed. It is heroically intact. The boards have shelving wear to the edges and seams. They are steady and sound. The contents are mild-mannered. The early and later pages have blushes of shallow tanning, flushes of foxing. Otherwise, the contents are overwhelmingly clean, clear, confidently fresh, tidy, pleasing. fk.
