Fort Worth, TX., The Summit Group. 1991. Burgundy and black leather boards with gilt lettering to front and spine. Picure of Ryan in #34 Ranger's uniform on book and slipcase. Laid in COA is numbered 158 for his strikeout of BIlly Williams May 3, 1969 to verify Ryan's signature on decorative flyleaf. In 1969 Ryan would be pitching for the NY Mets. Book is fine with slipcase near fine, showing minimal shelf wear. Ryan (1947-) played for NY Mets, California Angels, Houston Astros and the Texas Rangers in his 27 year career in the Major Leagues. Well known for his fastball, Ryan maintained the 100 mph pitch throughout his career on his way to a 324-292 record, 3.19 ERA and 5,714 strikeouts (MLB record). Ryan entered the MLB Hall of Fame in 1999. 9.75x12.25 in. 216 pg.
