Written by James Baldwin, an American writer who gained acclaim across several forms including essays, novels, plays, and poetry. His works are recognised by the fictionalization of fundamental questions around the complex social and psychological pressures of masculinity, sexuality, race, and class. In the original brown cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear only. Original unclipped dust wrapper is very smart with light shelf wear to the extremities with the odd small closed tear. Light tide marks to the back panel and the front flap. Internally, firmly bound.
