London & NY: Macmillan, 1900. First edition.. Green pictorial cloth designed in red, white and black. Frontispiece and 15 plates in colour. All edges stained red. One ad leaf at the rear. Light fraying at the spine ends, some very moderate overall wear, internally very fresh. The blank front end paper has been excised. Overall a clean very good copy with all 16 plates.
