US: Temple University Press, 1989. Hardcover. Good +/Very Good -. Navy cloth over boards with white particulars and publisher's emblem to spine. Underlining and markings to margins scattered throughout the introduction, but otherwise pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is foxed. Boards are soiled at top edge with bumping to headcap. Binding is tight, boards slightly bow outward. Dust jacket has dampstain to lower edge of rear cover and creasing, curling, rubbing and closed tears to extremities.
