Photographic endpapers, showing abstract designed in black and silver. The book is illustrated lavishly with coloured and black and white photographs taken by f-stop Fitzgerald. Between pages 65 and 74 there is a double foldout photographic triplet. Black coloured boards with silver coloured titles on the spine is. Blind stamped title on front cover. Photographic dustwrapper, again by f-stop Fitzgerald, showing a gargoyle, with whitecoloured titles on the front panel and spine. Stephen King and f-stop Fitzgerald join together to ponder and to photograph those architectural oddities -- gargoyles and grotesques. Shush minor rubbing of the book corners and back strip corners. Slight bumping to the top corners. Black remainder stripe across the front text edge. A little creasing of the dustwrapper edges and rubbing of the panels. This is the First USA Edition.
