Nashville: Rutledge Hill Press, 1995. First American edition. Hardcover. Fine/near fine. 128pp. 4to. Signed by both Bentley and by Gingrich on the half title page. Book is tight and straight and has its original price intact. Dustjacket has mild shelfwear and a repaired 3/4" tear near the spine. Photos were taken during Gingrich's run for the presidency in 1995. Dust jacket is protected with a Brodart archival cover.
