Good Plus/Good Plus. one of the best efforts in Superior Publishing's series of pictorial histories of the western U.S. in the second half of the 19th Century; profusely illustrated with period photos; 8 1/2 x 11 hardcover; top edge of text slightly soiled o/w text is clean, tight, square in light blue boards showing very slight edgewear, small indentation in front cover near spine; dustjacket whole but somewhat worn with small triangular tear on front panel (repaired with archival tape), some slight chipping and wear on top edge. A reading/study copy.
