Light wear to boards and corners. Mostly clean internally, with some light foxing to gutter of first few leaves and some very faint dampstaining to edges of last few leaves. A lovely fine press work celebrating New York City at the beginning of the 20th century, with thirty beautiful xylographic illustrations throughout, printed in multiple colors. Though the binding is a bit worse for wear, the contents are clean and the quality of the illustrations and printing is undiminished. An affordable copy of this work.
