The first edition was in French and published in Paris, that same year it was translated into English and into this German edition, with its distinctive cover art by Ludwig Goldscheider, with skyscrapers, the U.S. flag and the cityscape that was made into a limited edition poster by Boss Fine Arts. No DJ but boards in protective plastic cover.
