A cook book dedicated to the idea that cooking with the Snowdrift brand of vegetable based shortening (we now call this hydrogenated vegetable oil!) is desirable because it is pure, wholesome, ideal for frying, economical, and convenient--and it improves the flavor of everything! The recipes in the book are designed for a meal for 6 people. The cook book is in very good condition: clean and tight, with 2 short (less than 1/2") close tears at the top edge of the back cover.. First Edition. Paperback. Collectible-Very Good+. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Book.
