Philadelphia: J. B. Lippincott & CO., 1875. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Gustave Dore. Christmas 1881 Augustus T Mauie (?) in pencil. None With over 300 illustrations from designs by Gustave Dore and others, this editions is filled with all sized illustrations. Blue Cloth Boards with impressed designs, Guilt titles and Decorations; Same with the Spine. The back cove has an unpressed design. The page edges are colored on three sides. No foxing throughout the book, however the front inside cover and page show foxing. Pages have a very slight darkening at the edges. Illustrations are crisp and clean with no bleeding images from one page to another. Binding is tight and original. Bottom edges of covers show shelf wear. Oversized or heavy volume, additional shipping charges will apply. Please ask for additional photos prior to purchasing. We are happy to send additional photos. 1LR
