A kaleidoscopic blend of fact-based reportage, narrative interviews with religious adherents, and unvarnished editorial asides, e.g. "The many Baha'i' publications seem to me notable for their boring, if elevating, contents." Signed, dated, and inscribed by Rowley on the front free endpaper: "Dear Ros, With very special warmest thanks, and lots for love [sic] for a superb introduction to he literary world and Lee Schreyver." Presumed first edition (no print statement on copyright page). Octavo, 8.25 x 5.75 in.; xv, 208pp., with bibliography. Black cloth, gold spine lettering; in dust jacket. All books ship free with tracking to domestic addresses via USPS Media Mail. In most cases, delivery takes place within a three to ten day window, although the vicissitudes of USPS may apply. Unless otherwise requested, expedited domestic purchases ship via USPS Priority Mail; overseas orders via USPS First Class International. Heavy or oversized books may incur additional shipping charges, as may books shipped to overseas destinations. Any additional charges required will be communicated promptly.
We take safe shipping very seriously; all of our books are packaged in new cardboard boxes amply cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts. Pamphlets and other flat materials items are ocassionally shipped in bubble-mailers with internal cardboard supports. All books with dust jackets are fitted with brand new archival protectors prior to shipping.
