Thomas Kelly. Used - Very Good. 1834. 592 pp.; 640 pp.; 640 pp. 752 pp.; 632 pp.Uniformly bound in 19th-century calf, with the remains of gilt decorations on the board edges. Moderate wear to extremities, but a solid, sturdy set overall. Well illustrated with engraved landscape scenes and contemporary maps, including afolding map of the world in vol. 1. Other notable maps include 'Hindoostan' and the 'West Indies' in vol. 3, the Pacific Ocean region and two maps of Turkey in vol. 4, and many others. There is minor foxing on some early and late leaves of each volume, and traces of offsetting from some plates. Overall, a very nice set.. (Subject: Geography.)
