New York: E. & G.W. Blunt, 1851. Twentieth new stereotype edition. Hardcover. Octavo, xix, 317, 458 pages. In Fair condition. Spine is brown with author's name in ink. Boards covered in brown cloth sewn over original leather. Wear to spine caps, soiling, smudging/shelf wear. Text block has name in pencil on front flyleaf, cracked hinges, penciled notation on endpapers, mild amount of foxing throughout, damp stain on final pages. Illustrated: b&w frontispiece (map) and plates (some folded).
