London: Collins, 1951. Early reprint. Blue boards in green dustwrapper, priced at 2/- (two shillings). Small felt-tip pen mark on fore edge, cheap paper mildly age-browned, else a very tight, unworn copy, about Near Fine overall. No previous ownership markings, bookplates or inkstamps. In a VG+ bright, unrubbed pictorial dustwrapper which is slightly age-browned on back panel and has very minor edgewear, but is complete with no chipping. An excellent copy and scarce thus. By a 'Golden Age' detective fiction writer whose books are now very difficult to find..
