About This Item

Never a Dull Moment by Peter Cheyney (Collins, 2nd impression March 1943).

The eighth title in the 'Lemmy Caution' series by Peter Cheyney (1896-1951) and originally published January 1942, this copy being the 1943 second impression.

Dustwrapper with attractive artwork by an uncredited artist, and original price of 4/6 to front flap.

Hardback in dustwrapper. 192pp. Size: 7.5 x 5 inches approx. (190mm x 129mm).

Dustwrapper lightly rubbed and worn to extremities; spine lightly sunned and dulled; some light foxing/spotting; dusty and marked in places. Cloth a little dusty; spine ends turned-in; a touch bruised to corner tips. Some occasional foxing and dustiness but pages generally clean throughout; spotting to edges of page-block with some encroachment onto page; corner creasing to rear endpaper.

Overall, showing light wear but otherwise a particularly nice, clean copy complete with dustwrapper – lovely.
